As Bellaneva, we strive for extensive quality control. Nevertheless, it cannot be guaranteed that all products are checked individually, a manufacturer-related problem may have occurred. Because of this, there may be isolated cases. If you send the product back to us within the 14 day return period (24 hours for evening wear), we can inspect the product for damage and either send you a non-defective product or issue a refund to your bank account, depending on your preference and stock availability.

What can I do if I ordered to the wrong address?

Unfortunately, if you have already placed the order, the delivery address cannot be changed afterwards. Depending on whether the order can still be cancelled, you have different options:

The order can still be cancelled

If the "Return and cancellation" option is still is visible in your orders, please cancel the order. The purchase amount will be refunded to you immediately and you can then immediately reorder the items. You can correct your address either when completing the new order or beforehand in the customer account under "address book".

The order can no longer be cancelled:

If the "Return and cancellation" option is no longer displayed in the customer account , then your package has already been prepared for shipping. Please don't worry: If your package cannot be delivered, it will be sent back to us as a return. The purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days - as with a normal return.

In order for your items to reach you, please place a new order to the correct address. Unfortunately, we have no way of redirecting a package to another address.

How do I change my address?

Under Addresses in the customer account you can add or edit your address book.

Always enter additional addresses such as staircase, floor and door number in the "address addition / company / c/o" field.

You have already ordered, but the address is wrong?

If the order is not yet packed, you can cancel it and reorder it at the correct address.

Don't worry if you can no longer cancel: If your package cannot be delivered, it will be sent back to us as a return. We will then refund you the purchase amount.

Can I return multiple orders together?

Then you can send them back together, even if they are different orders. Simply stick one of the return labels on the outside of the package.
