FOR A PLEASANT REFUND
If you want to return the products after receiving the delivery, you can return them within 14 days of delivery.
The products should be sent including the gifts with attached accessories and, if any, the package (undamaged) within 14 days from the delivery date with completion of the return form (this form is the back of the receipt) under the conditions , that the products will not be used, soiled or renovated.
When completing the return form, account information should be filled in completely.
Products for return can be sent to us via the carrier with which our company has an agreement. You can ship the package with chargeback.
Note: If the returned products are 14 days old, used, unsellable, the return package (if any) is damaged; without the invoice as two copies, accessories and gifts (if any), the return will not be accepted and it will be sent to you (after notification by SMS) with chargeback.
If you wish to have the item(s) returned via a company with whom we have not made an agreement, you will have to pay the shipping costs. Otherwise it will be returned to you.
The return package should be undamaged or damaged by use.
In the case of returning the defective products, a 14-day return status of 30 days is achieved. Your complaint will be forwarded to the supplier. After checking the product, if there is no user error, the product fee will be refunded.
